The BlastWizard® Venti-Compact 1250L is a pressure blast cabinet with an integrated roller conveyor designed for efficient cleaning, rust removal, roughening and polishing of various workpieces. Thanks to the pressure blasting principle, this machine offers higher production capacity and blasting speed than traditional injection systems. The integrated cyclone separator ensures precise separation of reusable abrasive and dust particles, resulting in an optimal blasting process and minimal waste.
The workpiece is placed on the roller conveyor and pushed into the blast cabinet. The abrasive is blown under pressure from the BlastWizard® blast pot onto the workpiece, ensuring fast and thorough cleaning. The used abrasives are collected, filtered and recycled, while dust and fine particles are discharged through an advanced dust filter. The machine is equipped with ergonomic controls, integrated lighting and safety features, including an automatic stop mechanism when the door is opened. The robust construction and efficient dust extraction ensure durable and low-maintenance operation.
